About the Role:
We are looking for a Demand Planning Leader to join our DBS Supply Chain team on a maternity cover contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead the demand planning process for a region, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic alignment. This role bridges short-term execution with long-term planning and offers a potential pathway to a permanent position in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of the 0–18 month demand plan for the region (30%)
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy and bias in collaboration with Sales (15%)
- Lead the region SIOE process (15%)
- Develop and communicate key assumptions behind the demand plan (10%)
- Build strong relationships with sales companies and customers (10%)
- Strengthen demand planning capabilities across the region (10%)
- Govern the Division Demand Review process (10%)
- Act as the key liaison with the Finance community on demand planning
You’ll collaborate with:

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or related field
Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain Management within multinational environments
Skills:
- Strong analytical and data management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of SIOP / S&OP processes
- Familiarity with E2E supply chain and logistics concepts
