Freelance Senior Project Manager – Cut & Carve Office Fit-Out (London)

The Shore Group is working on behalf of a leading £30 Million+ Design & Build Main Contractor to appoint an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager to oversee a complex £10M+ Cut and Carve Office Fit-Out project based in Central London. This high-profile project is expected to reach completion by November 2026, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to remain with the business on further projects beyond that timeframe.
The successful individual will ideally bring the following experience:
- A background working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor, ideally within a Traditional Fit-Out environment
- Proven experience managing complex office fit-out projects, specifically cut and carve schemes with a value of £6M+
- Demonstrable experience in delivering both CAT A and CAT B projects
- Strong knowledge of project programming, including writing and managing detailed construction programmes
- A robust understanding of major project contracts, from tender stage through to execution and completion
- Direct experience in leading meetings with clients and working collaboratively with professional teams throughout the project lifecycle
