You will be responsible for the effective delivery of core talent management processes across the organisation, including Podium Performance (our performance management process), talent reviews, and succession planning. Working closely with People Partners and other HR colleagues, you will ensure these cyclical processes are well embedded and deployed consistently, effectively and with impact across the global business. This is a delivery focused role requiring proven experience with talent management processes, along with strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to build capability within the People Team and the wider business.
- Talent Cycle Delivery
- Manage the annual delivery of the three core talent processes:
- Podium Performance: Drive consistent execution of the annual performance cycle, including objective setting, quarterly check-ins and year-end evaluations. Support the continued roll-out and embedding of the process to ensure it is clearly understood, adopted consistently, and delivers value.
- Knowing Our Talent: Lead the delivery of the annual talent review cycle, working with People Partners to ensure high-quality, structured conversations and actionable insights. Manage the virtual assessment process for top talent and ensure development plans are in place. Responsible for embedding the process more deeply across the organisation.
- Succession Planning: Manage the second year roll out of succession planning aligned to Knowing our Talent, ensuring it is embedded and applied consistently across the business, with clear visibility of critical roles and successors. Across all three processes, evaluate effectiveness, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement to enhance consistency, usability, and impact.
- Deployment Support & Capability Building
- Work closely with People Partners to make sure they understand what is expected and feel confident in delivering each process. Create and share clear guidance, toolkits, and training to help People Partners and managers use the processes effectively. Monitor how the processes are being used in practice, helping to remove obstacles and improve the impact of the processes.
- Talent Data & Insights
- Track completion rates, compliance and quality of outputs for each process cycle. Partner with the Talent Analyst and the People Analytics team to generate reports and dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities in talent data. Support the preparation of summary outputs and insights for ExCo and Board.
- Process Improvement & Governance
- Ensure tools, templates, and guidance documents remain current and user-friendly. Gather feedback from stakeholders to evaluate process effectiveness and propose improvements and refinements to the processes or the deployment approach. Work closely with the People Operations team to maintain accurate records, templates etc. to ensure process governance and repeatability.
- Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with Leadership Development and Learning teams to ensure alignment and connectivity across the broader talent agenda. Contribute to talent-related projects and initiatives that support organisational priorities (e.g. inclusion goals, onboarding experiences, career frameworks etc.).
