This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful and fast growing Sustainability Consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the field, you will be joining a highly experienced team that will be working on a number of projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Leisure.

The ideal Sustainability Engineer will:

  • Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
  • Have IESVE experience
  • Be a qualified NDEA
  • Have a strong understanding of Building regulations
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities for the Sustainability Engineer:

  • Support all areas of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
  • Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
  • Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
  • Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
  • Carry out risk of overheating assessments (including TM52, Part O)
  • Carry out TM54 assessments
  • Carry out daylight assessments
  • Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
  • Prepare Decarbonisation assessments
  • BREEAM/SKA/DREAM/WELL/Fitwel Assessments
  • Embodied Carbon / Net Zero assessments
