The Role:

Are you a confident, relationship-focused professional with a passion for connecting individuals with meaningful employment? We are looking for an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team, working directly with individuals who have offending histories to help them access sustainable job opportunities and rebuild their lives.

In this role, you'll focus on building strong relationships with employers across the region, identifying job vacancies and promoting a high-quality, tailored recruitment service. You will play a key part in helping people overcome complex barriers to employment, while supporting businesses in meeting their workforce needs.

This is not a traditional sales role – it requires a mix of commercial awareness, empathy, and resilience. You’ll be liaising with both employers and internal support teams to ensure the best outcomes for all parties.

Duties:

  • Build and maintain employer relationships through meetings, calls, and networking events to understand recruitment needs and generate job opportunities.
  • Conduct employer outreach via digital, telephone, and face-to-face channels to source new vacancies and promote services.
  • Account manage employer relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service and encourage repeat business.
