Performance Analytics Manager

This exciting role is your opportunity to lead the charge in the IMEA region, driving impact through analytics that truly influence business outcomes. (IMEA = India, Middle East and Africa, where IHG has c.200 open hotels) Key Responsibilities: Build strong, collaborative relationships across the IMEA Business Unit, ensuring stakeholders are supported with impactful insights. Lead the development of performance analytics that are clear, creative and action-oriented. Proactively spot opportunities and risks within business performance to support decision making. Provide expert consultancy and analytical guidance to key business leaders across the region. Improve access to meaningful data by collaborating with analytics, commercial and operational teams across IHG. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within a global or matrixed organisation. A natural storyteller, confident translating complex data into clear, compelling insight. Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a bonus. Solid understanding of the hospitality or travel sector, and the challenges it presents. A strategic problem solver who uses data as a catalyst for change and innovation.
