One of the leading hearing aid manufacturers is looking for someone to join their public sector sales team, covering the South of the UK.

Although the territory is large, there are only 10 accounts and you should expect to be on the road for 3 days a week, with the rest of your time spent on the admin side (answering customer queries, delivering product training online, reviewing sales data etc).

The 2 biggest accounts are based in the South West and South East so the ideal location would be in the middle of the territory – Bristol, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Surrey etc – and you should be happy to travel around the patch.

The ideal candidate will be an audiologist who is keen for a new challenge, is highly organised, enjoys meeting new people and is eager to explore the commercial aspects of the industry.

This is a lovely role within a small, supportive team where you can expect plenty of encouragement and genuine scope for progression long-term.

You will need to have a full driving licence and enjoy working autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with the accounts on the territory
  • Take ownership of the territory and have a thorough understanding of your sales targets/ KPIs
  • Conduct product training across the territory
  • Attend product launches and company/ industry events across the UK as necessary
  • Be the go-to expert for your customers, representing the brand with integrity

Experience

  • Audiologist/ degree in audiology essential
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
