You must have an outrageous ambition to excel and not let anything stop you. About you We are recruiting an experienced and talented Sales Manager for our York dealership. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your main responsibilities will include managing the sales team, achieving targets, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and driving long-term growth. This role requires a self-motivated leader who can create a customer service-driven environment through communication, team building, and coaching. Key objectives as a Sales Manager: Achieve and exceed sales targets through a motivated sales team. Manage training and development of sales staff to improve performance and support career growth. Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress. Work with the Dealer Principal to develop policies for maximum profitability. Develop strategies and plans to increase business and sales volume. Oversee sales campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities. Identify opportunities for procedural improvements. Build strong relationships with financial institutions and relevant businesses. Maximize sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively with customers for long-term marketing objectives. Handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues sensitively. Hours: Working hours are typically 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday; and 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday. You will work on a shift pattern averaging 41.5 hours per week over a 4-week cycle.
