A service organisation in Warmley is currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join their team.

Duties Will Include

Manage documentation related warranties, registrations and compliance requirements

Handle enquiries from builders, suppliers and customers

Process invoices and reconcile statements

Assist with quantity surveying queries, ensuring accurate information is provided

Track and update progress of projects

Assist with payroll processing

Filing and data entry

The successful candidate will come from a strong administrative background, be well-organised and ideally have some invoicing/payroll experience.
