Organisation And Planning Detailed job description and main responsibilities To be proficient in the use of MS Office Systems β this includes keeping records using a variety of file management systems using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. To produce from copy, or audio, letters, reports, notices, plans, projects, policies and minute taking for appropriate meetings. Ability to work under pressure, to be flexible/adaptable to the changing needs of the service. Work on own initiative to a high standard and make decisions as appropriate and necessary. To provide comprehensive professional, confidential secretarial and administrative service to the teams which includes opening, sorting and distributing incoming post, book meeting rooms as required. To arrange appointments and meetings as required and organise work related travel arrangements for the teams. To be responsible for the management of electronic diary of key individuals and supporting the teams in maintaining diaries as and when required.
