We're looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Manager to take a leading role on the rollout of our client's new Dynamics 365 CRM system and ensure its successful adoption across the Trust. The role will work closely with their implementation partner, and staff across the organisation, to deliver a solution that drives efficiency and supports future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the implementation partner to successfully migrate to Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Champion the adoption of Dynamics across the Trust.
- Align the system with business needs and support future growth.
- Manage user acceptance testing and support data migration.
- Train staff and document processes for long-term use.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations with other systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, particularly in the public sector.
