We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support two of our senior sales managers and help keep our sales engine running smoothly. If you’re organised, resourceful, and great at juggling priorities, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the right hand to two senior sales managers; managing diaries, scheduling calls, and keeping daily admin on track.
- Preparing basic proposal templates based on notes from sales consultation calls.
- Creating order forms and calculating shipping costs when deals close.
- Managing day-to-day communication with clients who have active deals, ensuring they’re informed on timelines, next steps, and delivery expectations.
- Deputising for the sales managers during holidays or absence, including inbox monitoring and sourcing internal support when needed.
- Working with our sales validator to gather lead details that help sales managers hit the ground running in new consultations.
- Keeping our CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate deal, contact, and activity data to support pipeline visibility.
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly or monthly sales reports and team KPIs.
- Organising and managing proposal files, signed documents, and key sales materials.
- Coordinating internally with our production, creative, and logistics teams to ensure smooth handover once a deal is closed.
- Supporting client onboarding and welcome comms after deal closure.
- Scheduling follow-ups for prospects still in progress and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Contributing to process improvements by identifying areas where admin or communication workflows could be streamlined.
