Exciting News! Porsche Retail Group have an excellent opportunity for a Centre Support Manager to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Mayfair. This Studio concept dealership is a one-of-a-kind boutique style showroom, and the Porsche Centre Mayfair is only a 2-minute walk to the Ritz Hotel & Green Park tube station, with The Royal Green Park facing the building. The dealership has a barista service coffee bar and is surrounded by shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.

About the role

As the Centre Support Manager, you will be a member of the Dealership Management Team and have a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the whole Centre. You will provide an efficient and effective administration support service to the management team, including:

  • Ensuring compliance with company, legal and brand operating guidelines
  • Managing customer data and marketing event activities
  • Creating, designing and implementing content, and managing social media platforms
  • Managing customer relations including the day-to-day operation of the reception team, ensuring exemplary customer service standards at all times

This is a unique and diverse role, covering many disciplines from Reception Team Management, Facilities Management, Events Management and managing the Centres online social media platforms.

About the responsibilities

In the role of Centre Support Manager, you will manage and be responsible for:

  • Adhering to the Operating Guidelines document relating to Facilities, Mystery shop, Training Records, Starters/Leavers and Marketing
  • Efficiently rectifying Facilities issues
  • Completing new starter/leaver paperwork
  • Supporting management in meetings with employees, performance reviews, audits and business initiatives
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Recording, maintaining and submitting the attendance register to the Human Resources Team for payroll processing
  • Maintain employee training records and files confidentially
  • Preparing correspondence for managers including presentations, letters, reports and memorandums
  • Managing and coordinating all social activities within budget
  • Developing business partnerships, sourcing suitable events, supervising events teams, attending monthly Group Marketing meetings and assisting with the marketing plan
  • Managing Customer queries quickly and efficiently ensuring all details are recorded and updated
  • Arrange any temporary/internal cover required for the reception or admin teams

To be successful for the role of Centre Support Manager, you will need to have experience:

  • Within a similar role in the motor trade
  • Demonstrate strong administration and customer service skills
  • Managing social media accounts and organising marketing activities/events
  • Managing a team, including starters/leavers, rotas, holidays, training and appraisals
  • Demonstrating exceptional organisation, planning and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
