As a result of our ongoing success and expansion plans, we are seeking creative and experienced Kitchen Sales Designers to join our team.

We are looking to appoint Kitchen Designers who are customer-focused with the talent for understanding customer requirements and turning them into inspirational designs that our customers will love.

You must have a passion for design and the drive to maximise sales. For the right person, the financial benefits of this role are extremely attractive.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing kitchens for our customers
• Developing excellent business relationships with customers
• Attention to detail to ensure all CAD designs fit the brief provided by the customer
• Driving sales and maximising all opportunities including cross-selling and add-ons
• Conduct onsite kitchen surveys where required
• Create and submit quotes to customers
• An ongoing interest in design and a desire to keep up with new interior/designer trends

About you:

• You should be customer-focused, with a creative mind and an eye for detail
• Proven history of achieving sales targets
• Experience in kitchen design using a CAD package
• Personable with a passion for service and exceptional design skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Able to work to deadlines
• Full driving licence
