Resolve is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive strategic enterprise sales and help IT organizations reimagine operations through intelligent automation. You’ll lead the charge in selling our agentic automation platform—powered by AI-driven orchestration—to eliminate tickets, accelerate MTTR, and deliver autonomous, self-healing systems at scale. This is a role for a proven enterprise seller who knows how to navigate complex IT buying cycles and close high-value deals. You’ll engage CIOs, I&O leaders, and ITSM stakeholders with a bold vision—Zero Ticket IT—and clearly demonstrate how Resolve’s platform delivers operational efficiency, resilience, and real business impact. Your ability to connect product value to executive priorities will be key to driving pipeline and winning strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for qualified opportunities, from initial engagement to close.
- Develop and expand pipeline: Identify and engage key stakeholders across enterprise IT, infrastructure, and operations organizations.
- Translate value to action: Clearly articulate the business impact of Resolve’s platform to technical and executive buyers.
- Operate with urgency: Keep momentum high, timelines tight, and deals moving forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term success.
Qualifications/Experience
- Proven track record of closing complex high-value deals in IT automation, operations, infrastructure, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, monitoring, incident management, and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Experience working with IT decision makers such as CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure, and IT Operations leaders.
- Skilled at navigating complex buying committees and building consensus across technical and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a bias for action—and a strong desire to win.
