Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for an IT Desktop Engineer to join our IT & Infrastructure team.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Providing high quality tools and experience for end-user computing to all Quorn Foods employees across our various sites and geographies.
- Working as part of a small team to provide both first and second line technical IT support.
- Working with various technologies and applications such as Office 365, VPN, security/access, telephony, networking and hardware.
- Responsible for progressing, managing and recording tickets via our helpdesk system.
- Active Directory Administration, building and configuration of equipment and software implementation.
- The position will be based from our Stokesley site with requirement to support and travel to other sites on occasion.
- Opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required.
What Experience You'll Need To Have:
- Presentable background in a desktop support role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Clear passion for IT and Technology, ideally with knowledge of networks and telephony.
- Ability to efficiently manage time along with excellent organisational skills.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
The Recruitment Process:

- 1st Stage - 45 mins/1 hour Microsoft Teams introductory call with our IT Helpdesk & Infrastructure Lead & Resourcing Partner.
- 2nd Stage - in-person interview at our offices in Stokesley with key stakeholders from our IT team.
