As a Product Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting HCL Software's revenue and customer growth objectives by acting as a subject matter expert for the Total Experience (TX) Solution Portfolio, focusing on new customer acquisition and relationship management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert and evangelist, delivering high-quality presentations and workshops to clients, including Developers, Architects, IT managers, and CxOs about the value of TX (HCL Volt MX, HCL Leap, HCL Digital Experience) for the client.
  • Acting as a complex deal coach and/or executive sponsor on key opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with the broader sales team of Client Directors, Technical Advisors, SDRs and more to create compelling proposals and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Working with internal and external support partners to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the sales process.
  • Partnering with HCL Services solution delivery team in the successful delivery of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to showcase the value of the TX portfolio.
  • Developing technical sales capabilities and competencies with HCL Software partners to promote the adoption of our TX solutions.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the client's industry and competitive landscape.
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline of high-value accounts to exceed acquisition and output goals.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for current and prospective customers.
  • Presenting and negotiating with Executive Leadership, both internally and externally.
  • Meeting sales targets through a solutions-focused approach, always prioritising customer needs.

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of sales/pre-sales experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Experience with Low-Code/No-Code development and/or Digital Experience/Portal (B2B, B2E, B2C, B2G) solutions is preferred.
  • Executive-level selling experience and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for delivering executive-level and value-based presentations.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate solutions based on the HCL software portfolio.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with competitive technologies (e.g., MS PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian, ServiceNow, Adobe, Sitecore, Liferay) and their market positioning.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
