Role Overview

The Head of Healthcare System Insights will be responsible for leading and expanding Visions4Health’s payer insight and intelligence service line, including commercialising our proprietary methodologies (e.g. DCODE). The role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader who can combine business development (BD) at pace and scale into delivery of client projects. You will play a crucial role in shaping V4H’s reputation in the healthcare market as a leader in payer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the payer insight and intelligence service line, achieving a revenue target for payer insights.
  • Commercialise DCODE, positioning it effectively within existing and new client accounts and realising revenues.
  • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities with new clients within the payer insights domain.
  • Develop and execute a structured business development strategy, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, payers, and clients.
  • Provide clients with actionable healthcare system insights to enhance their market access strategies.
  • Ensure Visions4Health remains at the forefront of healthcare system analysis and payer insights.

Innovation & Digital Strategy

  • Lead the development and commercialisation of V4H’s digital asset to support adoption and market access.
  • Work with internal teams to evolve DCODE methodology into a scalable, digital decision-support tool for our clients.
  • Leverage real-world evidence and market trends to continuously evolve the payer insight offering.
  • Leverage the use of AI tools to drive pace, competitive edge and efficiencies in our Payer insights and Intelligence offer.

External Exposure & Partnerships

  • Grow external visibility and influence by creating insight-based content and inputting to our current marketing and communications strategy.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives in healthcare system insights, including opinion pieces, presentations, and external comms.
  • Drive lead generation through HubSpot CRM, ensuring an optimised pipeline of opportunities.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to track engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in market access, payer insights, and healthcare system understanding.
  • Experience in client/account revenue generation.
  • Experience in agency/consultancy as an account director, with business development and project P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 5 years’ working in healthcare/life sciences.
  • Experience in use of digital/AI tools, particularly in the development of decision-support tools.
  • Experience in commercialisation of insights-based services.
  • A strong network of life sciences and HealthTech stakeholders.
