This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nursing Home, to work as a Ward Clerk. We have a Full-time role, which involves working from Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. This role will be to provide a full range of Administrative support to the Nursing/Clinical Administrative team. Previous experience as an office Administrator is essential.
Permanent role - full time 40hrs per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The responsibilities are wide and varied and will include:
- To perform general clerical duties, such as rota management, filing, photocopying, copy typing, minute taking, scanning records, uploading documents, occasional reception cover and record keeping.
Multi-tasking is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will need to be highly efficient and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will require previous experience with computer literacy (intermediate word, excel and outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner. Written and verbal communication skills are essential as are the display and evidence of strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines. You must be aware of the need for confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations.
