Salary package : £31,000 OTE
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services and procedures via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations and appointments for clients with our medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Provide personalised assistance and support to clients throughout their journey, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with our medical team and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination of client appointments and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence as needed.
- Stay informed about our services, procedures, and pricing to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations role preferred.
