THE ROLE
The Supervisor supports management and the store in achieving excellence. Responsible for visual presentation, commercial awareness, and supporting smooth store operations. Acts as a proactive ambassador of Ted, promoting our Mission and Vision.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• People: Build rapport, motivate the team, deliver effective training, adapt instructions to individuals, manage time efficiently, and follow company policies.
• Product: Stay updated on product details, maintain merchandising standards, plan and execute visual merchandising directives, optimize product placement, and monitor results.
• Commercial: Ensure team demonstrates enthusiasm, understand customer profiles, achieve sales targets, promote brand campaigns, and utilize customer data for relationship management. Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends, and engage with Ted’s social media.
• Operations: Manage daily operations in absence of managers, adhere to health and safety, support loss prevention, handle cash procedures, and follow management directives.
