AlertSystems is an industry leading security company specialising in the installation and servicing of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems. Our busy service department is essential to ensuring our customers receive first class support and service.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated administrator to join our Service Admin team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, thrive in a busy office environment and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle and process incoming calls and emails from customers, taking prompt action as needed.
  • Schedule appointments for our service managers, updating their diaries accordingly.
  • Process purchase orders from customers.
  • Produce chargeable service work quotations ensuring they reach the appropriate decision maker.
  • Assist with chargeable service work procedures.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support the service department in daily operations.
