Asset Manager

Our client, a global real estate investment and asset management firm, is seeking an Asset Manager to join their growing UK team. Backed by institutional capital, they manage a significant portfolio across Europe and operate a vertically integrated model, combining institutional scale with an entrepreneurial approach.

The business fosters a culture of ownership and autonomy, making this a hands-on asset management role with genuine scope to add value across a diverse UK portfolio of office and industrial assets. You’ll be joining a highly skilled team, working closely with experienced leaders who offer both independence and support.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you’ll gain full exposure across the asset lifecycle, delivering value across the UK portfolio. Your responsibilities will extend well beyond lease events, including repositioning assets, leading value-add refurbishments, and driving leasing and marketing strategies. You’ll be accountable for executing asset management strategies and helping to shape and implement plans that directly impact performance. This is a varied and commercially focused role with significant exposure to the wider business, working closely with tenants, investors, and third-party teams, as well as supporting acquisitions and disposals where required.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing a portfolio of office or commercial real estate assets. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the confidence to negotiate, communicate and build relationships are essential. You’ll bring a proactive approach and sharp commercial instincts to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
