About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Science to join our department at a time of exciting transformational change. You will be part of shaping a refreshed curriculum, engaging pupils across KS3 and KS4, and supporting our journey to achieve outstanding outcomes. Whether you are an experienced teacher or a strong ECT, you will have the opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and make a real difference to our students' learning.

To be successfully shortlisted for this role, you will:

About the school: Firth Park Academy is a vibrant, mixed secondary school for students aged 11-16, proudly rated Good by Ofsted in April 2024. Located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, we serve around 1,200 pupils and reflect a richly diverse community, with more than a third of students speaking English as an additional language. The academy is currently undergoing an exciting period of transformational change, and we are already seeing its positive impact in the classroom, across the curriculum and throughout our culture.
