Responsibilities: Oversee shop floor operations to ensure the business is operating to agreed standards and procedures. Manage and develop the team to ensure continuous adherence to production and efficiency targets Responsible for promoting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles Report KPI information Maintaining quality and health and safety standards.
