Human Resources Manager

Title : HR Manager Location : Plymouth, MA Job Description Vertically integrated and based in Plymouth, MA, single-state operator who runs two retail stores is currently seeking a new HR Manager to join their team in Southeastern MA. The HR Manager will own recruiting, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations, while serving as a cultural champion and key partner in team building and retention initiatives. They will work closely with leadership and finance, with the opportunity to shape and scale the HR function as the company continues to grow. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring. Develop and execute onboarding processes for new hires. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Coordinate payroll processing Required Skills & Experience Should bring strategic thinking, a strong grasp of HR best practices, and a solid understanding of core HR functions and operations.
