A leading London-based interior design studio, specialising in high-end residential projects, is seeking a Midweight Interior Designer to join their expanding team. With a strong pipeline of heritage and luxury private residential projects in prime London locations such as Chelsea, Kensington, and Central London, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer to take on greater project responsibility within a highly collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your own projects or significant project packages, managing from concept to completion.
  • Responsible for leading at least half a project independently, reporting to Senior Designers and Associates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Oversee project documentation, coordinate technical drawings, and ensure quality control.
  • Participate in site visits, contractor meetings, and project reviews.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on high-end residential projects with values ranging from £1m to £10m.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD on Mac is essential.
  • Experience with Estimac software is beneficial but not essential (training will be provided).
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
