Architectural Technician

This AJ100 architectural practice, with an enviable track record of master planning and designing medium-large regeneration and community schemes is looking for an experience Architectural Technician or Technical Architectural Assistant to provide Revit support on RIBA stage 4 for a large community centre scheme.

Employing more than 100 people, this top UK design practice also offer a relaxed and caring management team who place an important emphasis on offering the personal service often only associated with smaller practices.

The successful Architectural Technician or Technical Architectural Assistant will be working on an exciting community centre project involving a café, workplace areas, a nursery, and ancillary services with responsibility for managing the Revit model and drawings on the stage 4 technical packages, and coordinating with the design team for 8 months from the middle of November with potential temp to permanent options if available.

White Space Recruitment are specifically looking for talented Architectural Technicians or Technical Architectural Assistants with excellent in-practice Revit skills and proven experience of having previously worked on RIBA stage 4 technical package delivery or fitout delivery working on other projects of a similar scale. Previous experience of commercial or leisure projects is not essential but would be a nice to have.

The initial contract is for 8 months as FTC on the client payroll with potential temp to permanent options if available thereafter.

This contract would be 5 days in the office, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and they will accept a notice period, given that the target start date is the middle of November.
