The role involves coordinating the delivery of talent attraction, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. Responsibilities include:
- Attending external recruitment and careers events
- Managing work experience programmes
- Delivering hotel induction and entry-level training
- Maintaining training records
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives
This is a part-time role β 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and the other day is flexible.
