Due to continued growth and contract wins, our client is looking for an experienced Building Estimator to join the team. You’ll play a vital role in quoting and managing the financials of building projects ranging from a few thousand pounds up to £1 million. These include refurbishments, extensions, and even new builds. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits. You’ll work closely with architects, surveyors, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate costing, interim valuations, and final accounts.
