We are seeking a high performing and professional office-based Sales Consultant to join our team in Southport. In this role you will be an integral member of the national sales team. You will provide new and existing customers with solutions to their requirements, demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers. If providing excellent customer service, developing and maintaining customer relationships, working with a dedicated and friendly team, and reaping the rewards are high on your list, then this role has your name on it.

  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally for new and existing customers.
  • Present clients with new products and services, strengthening relationships.
  • Complete system tasks accurately in the CRM (quotes, orders, agreements, etc.).
  • Self-motivate to achieve, above and beyond.
  • Communicate effectively, efficiently, resiliently and persistently.
