We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator.

About The Role

The core responsibility of this role is to maintain and coordinate supply of material from key suppliers in line with demand requirements. You will be involved from project initiation to completion, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Key Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and where needed provide solutions to supply chain/logistics challenges that ensure contractual obligations can be fulfilled.
  • Overseeing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Preparing reports for the Operations Team and supporting regular reporting duties.
  • Supporting additional business functions as required.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with supply chain partners, internal colleagues and support our relationships with principal suppliers.
  • Focus on operational performance management of the key supply chain partners using a structured and data-driven approach.
  • Actively manage and respond to live supply chain operational requirements, taking ownership to both help with and resolve issues that arise.
  • Work with the Group procurement team to maintain purchase orders in line with latest BOM.
  • PIR & Source list maintenance for allocated suppliers.
  • Work closely with the group procurement team to ensure inventory is at the correct level, any changes to designs or requirements are understood and implemented.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure parts are processed efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We need you to be educated to degree level, HND or equivalent in Logistics or a Manufacturing-based discipline. We need you to have proven experience within Procurement, Supply Chain & Inventory Management with a good understanding of SAP. It would be advantageous for you to speak German for this position.
