They’ve assembled an exceptional early team and are now looking to bring in a Machine Learning Full Stack Contractor to help accelerate the next phase of development. What You’ll Be Doing as a Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate £600-750pd | Outside IR35: Designing and training new models from scratch for unique, real-world use cases Taking a hands-on, theoretical approach to ML—beyond just implementation Building and scaling backend infrastructure and APIs (Python, GCP, etc.) Working closely with the CEO and founding engineers to iterate rapidly on product Helping drive the integration of ML into a Flutter-based product environment Core Skills for the Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate £600-750pd | Outside IR35: Strong theoretical grounding in ML, with proven experience training models from scratch Full stack capabilities, ideally with backend experience in Python and frontend knowledge of Flutter Experience deploying ML models into production environments (ideally GCP) Start-up mindset: you move fast, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity A sharp communicator who works well in lean, ambitious, high-trust teams Details for the Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate £600-750pd | Outside IR35: Contract: LTD company (UK or EU) / B2B Location: Remote (must be EU-based for timezone reasons) Duration: 6 months, with strong potential to extend Start: ASAP If you\’re an elite engineer looking to build something technically challenging and socially impactful, apply here—we\’ll be in touch if it\’s a strong match!
