I’m supporting a Housing Association based in Newcastle to recruit a Project Manager to join their Business Improvement team and help shape the future of service delivery through impactful projects. With a wide ranging portfolio and a strong focus on digital transformation, this role offers the opportunity to lead diverse, high impact projects that span the entire organisation. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment that values innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

As part of the Project & Business Improvement team, you’ll champion both Agile and traditional project methodologies, coach colleagues, and embed a culture of structured delivery and service excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and delivering complex projects and programmes across the business
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and project governance
  • Supporting business improvement initiatives and embedding change
  • Coaching teams in project management best practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and outcomes

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in both Agile and traditional project management
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Jira, Excel, and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • A relevant project management qualification
  • A collaborative, resilient, and innovative mindset

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on site a couple times a week. The salary on offer is £43,500 per year, with excellent benefits and a supportive, purpose led culture.
