We are seeking an exceptional Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead (EDI) to join our Pastoral Team and help drive meaningful cultural change across our school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to make a significant impact on creating a more inclusive, equitable and diverse learning and working environments for all pupils, staff and families.
As our Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of the school's EDI strategy and action plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Identify and address gaps and potential risks related to equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Work closely with the school's communication and engagement teams to ensure guidance, policies and resources support our EDI vision and are accessible to everyone.
