We’re partnering with a well-established company in the maritime logistics space that’s looking for a highly organised and proactive Vessel Deliveries & Collections Coordinator. This is a key role supporting complex under bond deliveries and collections, ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, compliance, and communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and scheduling under bond deliveries to vessels, ensuring full customs compliance
- Coordinating supplier collections and managing transport to bonded warehouses or vessels
- Acting as the central liaison with 3PL partners, internal logistics, and customs teams
- Preparing and managing all required customs and bonded documentation
- Monitoring delivery timelines and solving issues as they arise
- Maintaining accurate shipping and compliance records
