This role is all about building relationships, supporting behaviour, and ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and able to thrive during their time at college.What youll be doing:Engaging with students around college to build positive relationships and encourage participation in college life.Supporting behaviour management by de-escalating challenging situations calmly and fairly.Identifying and responding to student needs, linking them with the right support services where needed.Helping to maintain a safe and welcoming campus through presence, ID checks, and safeguarding duties.Working as part of the Student Engagement team to promote inclusion, well-being, and positive conduct.Assisting with first aid and emergency procedures when required.About you:Were looking for someone who is:
