Are you ready to take your engineering career to the highest level of motorsport? We are seeking a talented Trackside Engineer to join a world-class Formula 1 team, playing a crucial role in race weekend operations and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Work trackside at all F1 events, providing real-time engineering support to race drivers and performance engineers
- Analyse live telemetry data to inform race strategy and vehicle setup
- Collaborate with factory-based performance and systems teams to ensure optimum car performance
- Support simulation work, pit stop strategies, and post-session data reviews
- React decisively in high-pressure, time-sensitive race environments
- Degree-qualified in Motorsport Engineering.
- Experience in a trackside or race engineering role, ideally within F1, F2, WEC, GT or high-level motorsport
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MATLAB
- Confident communicator with the ability to perform under pressure
