Marketing Strategy & Content Lead – UK

Join LCX as a Social Media Manager and play a vital role in enhancing our online presence across multiple social platforms. We are seeking a creative and results-driven professional who is passionate about blockchain, crypto, and shaping the future of finance. This remote role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK, collaborating with a global team committed to revolutionizing financial markets.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create high-quality, platform-tailored content that resonates with LCX’s target audience and amplifies our brand voice.
• Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience in real time, fostering trust and loyalty within the crypto community.
• Maintain a content calendar, plan and schedule posts, and ensure alignment with LCX’s marketing and communications strategies.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and crypto marketing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Brandwatch).
• Excellent content creation skills, including short-form copywriting for crypto-savvy audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive audience engagement and execute culturally relevant campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves and drive results.
• Passion for blockchain, digital assets, and financial innovation is highly desirable.
