The Role As a Candidate Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our experienced Recruitment Consultants by: Proactively sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, and other tools Screening and qualifying candidates via phone, video, and email Building and managing talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring needs Maintaining accurate records and activity in our recruitment CRM Providing clear and professional communication to candidates throughout the process Supporting the recruitment team with research, headhunting, and market mapping Keeping up to date with industry trends and the evolving media technology landscape What We’re Looking For Driven, self-motivated attitude and eagerness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build build strong relationships Strong organisational skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach Good research skills and the ability to understand technical subjects Proactive and professional manner, with the confidence to engage with candidates at all levels An interest in media, broadcast, or technology sectors is a bonus What We Offer Hybrid working model: 3 days in our Milton Keynes office, 2 days working from home Full training and mentoring to support your development Competitive base salary with bonus potential Friendly, collaborative team culture Regular team incentives, social events, and wellbeing initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
