We’re working with a fantastic Intermediate Care Team in Southwark who are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join them on a locum basis this summer. If you’re passionate about community rehab and reablement, confident working independently in clients’ homes, and love being part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team — this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of complex patients
- Carrying out OT assessments in clients’ homes
- Setting personalised rehab goals and treatment plans
