Our client is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for their nonprofit vertical, a key area of growth for the business. This role is instrumental in building brand awareness, driving demand, and engaging nonprofit organisations to position our client as the leading cloud accounting solution for the sector. The ideal candidate will bring sector-specific expertise and a blend of strategic insight and hands-on marketing experience. You’ll work closely with the CMO and other cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the nonprofit sector. While there are no direct reports, you will lead key initiatives and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored marketing strategy for the nonprofit vertical, aligning with our client’s business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with internal teams to design and run multi-channel lead generation and nurturing campaigns specifically aimed at nonprofit organisations.
  • Event Marketing: Oversee our client’s participation in industry events such as conferences and webinars, using these platforms to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Content and Communications: Work with content teams to create sector-specific marketing materials, including case studies and thought leadership pieces that resonate with nonprofit challenges.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with nonprofit associations and networks, increasing our client’s reach and credibility.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using RevOps, refining strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach for the nonprofit vertical.

You will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years within the nonprofit sector.
