We’re on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team at The Princess Royal, our stunning pub and dining destination in the heart of Notting Hill.

About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key part in:

• Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the daily running of a high-paced kitchen
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Leading and motivating junior kitchen team members
• Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance

Who You Are

• An experienced CDP or Junior Sous looking to step up
• Confident running service and managing a section independently
• Passionate about quality ingredients, sustainability, and modern British/Med-inspired food
• Calm under pressure, positive, and a team player
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and prep systems
