We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in one of these industries. This is a 360 role where experience in bringing on new business and achieving success in your market is essential. What we’re looking for Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within the nuclear, utilities, water, or life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors Previous experience in the fast-paced contract market is highly desirable Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
