You should have experience in telemarketing or internal sales, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Xpedition\’s growth, with potential for personal development and learning new skills. The successful candidate will excel in a busy environment, collaborating with sales colleagues, and working independently with initiative and technical skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social channels, targeting specific data and building new relationships. Contribute new contacts and insights to dynamic segments within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to develop contacts, nurture relationships, and generate sales-qualified opportunities aligned with quarterly campaigns. Develop a pipeline of leads, regularly contacting them to move prospects through the marketing funnel until they are BANT qualified and ready for sales qualification. Set appointments for Business Managers based on BANT qualified leads for them to follow up and progress to opportunities PERFORMANCE MEASURES Quarterly target for accepted opportunities aligned to targeted Go-To-Market. Measure opportunity quality against BANT criteria Increase sales accepted opportunities Boost the number of qualified opportunities progressing beyond the initial sales stage Engaged Contacts Enhance lead pipeline of engaged contracts Revenue Generation Contribute to revenue targets and pipeline cover for key sectors THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience in a similar role within an internal sales or telemarketing environment, preferably within a technology business or B2B telemarketing agency with a technology focus.
