Information about the role: We are now recruiting a Liz Earle Counter Manager for our Glasgow Fort store. We are looking for candidates to join us as soon as possible, who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs. Your basic hours will be 37.5 per week, with anticipated working days from Sunday to Saturday. You will cover am/pm and evening shifts between 9am and 10pm, including weekends. The specific shift patterns will be discussed at the interview stage. For role-specific information, watch the video from 4:06. As a counter manager, your day will involve leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to deliver the best shopping experience. You will help your team feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store, reporting to the Regional Business Manager. Your main responsibilities include: Inspiring and motivating your team to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching and feedback Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues Providing personalized consultations and skin services Achieving sales targets through business planning, promotions, and Liz Earle offers Completing our 12-month Skin School development programme Ensuring your counter is well-presented to showcase Liz Earle products Being an ambassador for the Liz Earle brand What you\’ll need to have A passion for skincare and a love of Liz Earle Experience leading and motivating a team to inspire performance and support development Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to welcome and empathize with customers at all times Ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review performance Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and expanding skincare knowledge It would be great if you also have Experience using skincare products on customers Our benefits Liz Earle Employee discount of up to 75% Store discount (e.g., Boots or John Lewis) Quarterly Liz Earle Goody Box Discretionary team bonus scheme Certification as a skin expert through CIBTAC Generous holiday entitlement that increases with service Personal Pension Scheme We offer benefits beyond salary and flexible working options to suit you.
