Hays Accountancy and Finance are looking for an experienced Group Payroll Officer for an international manufacturing firm in Dungannon, on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new role
-
Preparation and processing of multi-site payrolls paying 3500+ employees.

Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.

Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations including Pensions.
-
Weekly RTI submissions.
-
Maintain and update payroll records.
-
Liaise with HR re staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, condition of service and other relevant matters.

Liaise with Managers/Team Leaders on wages and other related
What you’ll need to succeed
Essential
-
18-24 months experience as a payroll administrator or similar
-
Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
-
In depth understanding of payroll procedures/processes.
-
Proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and relevant payroll packages to process and manage payroll accurately and timely.
-
Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data
-
Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, analyse reports and reconcile data
-
Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

CIPP Qualification
-
Experience of using People XD payroll software
-
Intermediate/Advanced Excel
