About the Role

As our Transport Manager, you\’ll be responsible for the smooth, efficient coordination of our driver operations across the site. You\’ll ensure the timely collection and delivery of vehicles, maintain high standards of customer service, and lead your team to exceed expectations.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail, clear communication, and team leadership are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of our driver team
• Plan and manage vehicle movements to ensure on-time delivery and collection
• Maintain compliance with transport regulations and company policies
• Monitor performance, manage scheduling and route efficiency
• Ensure vehicles are well-presented and documentation is accurate
• Work collaboratively with workshop, customer service, and logistics teams
• Champion Steer\’s values and drive a culture of safety, respect, and performance

• Proven experience in a similar transport or logistics management role
• Strong people management skills and a calm, confident leadership style
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Clear understanding of transport regulations and operational best practice
