The Product Owner will support the team and act as the link between development teams, the business and the partners, ensuring that the product being built is to an outstanding standard and meets the requirements set out. In this role, you’ll be passionate about driving a digitally self-served enabled commercial strategy.
Supporting multi-functional squads, your product team and working with numerous stakeholders across the business, building functional requirements for the full customer experience across all channels within a product lifecycle stage. You will be joining a product team responsible for the E2E customer experience of a specific product lifecycle stage, refining functional requirements and CX principles based on best-in-class benchmarking. Collaborating and supporting team members to ensure that key enablers and capabilities are delivered.
The successful candidate must evidence experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity, and be comfortable taking care of fast paced, constantly evolving priorities as part of a hard-working team.
The must haves:
- Experience working as a Product Owner in a forward-thinking organisation, owning requirements.
- Experience applying a test and learn approach to product evolution and working with data science.
- Understanding of a product's E2E lifecycle within the business and ability to clearly articulate requirements across multiple stakeholders and channels.
- Experience working with the latest toolsets and analytically focused setup.
- Experience and backlog management with Jira is needed.
