An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary with 3–5 years’ conveyancing experience to join a busy and supportive property team. This is a traditional legal secretary role — ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is confident managing files and can provide dependable support from instruction to completion. We\’re seeking a seasoned legal support professional who takes pride in the efficiency and accuracy of their work. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners Open and manage residential and/or commercial conveyancing files Draft standard documents and correspondence Handle property searches, Land Registry applications, SDLT returns and Companies House filings Monitor key dates and ensure accurate records are maintained Liaise professionally with clients, agents, and third parties Use case management systems effectively (LEAP and InfoTrack experience beneficial) Complete AML, compliance, and procedural checks accurately What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years’ recent experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing setting Strong working knowledge of property processes and legal terminology Fast and accurate typing with excellent IT skills Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage routine matters independently A confident communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach What’s on Offer: A friendly, close-knit working environment Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience Office-based role with the potential for hybrid working after probation Opportunity to support experienced fee earners and make a meaningful contribution to case progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
